Research projects

Applied research plays an important role at our faculty alongside high-quality teaching. This is demonstrated by the numerous projects in which our professors are active as researchers and are recognised both nationally and internationally as experts in their field. The faculty is currently conducting research on the following topics:

Health (e.g. on digitalisation and health)

Communication (e.g. sign language / media anthropology, cultural identity, comparative aesthetics and photography / diversity and equality)

Human-technology interaction (e.g. on energy and battery research / climate protection, sustainability and resource conservation)

Interested in a co-operation?

If you as a company or co-operation partner are interested in a joint research project, please do not hesitate to contact us! You will find the contact persons for the respective topics under the research projects.
