The Master's programme combines strategic thinking with a clear customer focus and the development of skills in leadership and management, sales management, and negotiation. A solid education in digital topics is also a central component. Students learn, among other things, to develop innovative business models, successfully position products and services, lead teams, and implement transformation processes in business. Practical projects, close contacts with industry, and experienced teachers create the framework for taking on leadership responsibility in the digital age.
Please note that no new students will be accepted into this programme. The programme will continue under the new name Leadership, Innovation and Marketing, starting in the 2026/27 winter semester.

Prospects after graduation
The central aim of the degree programme is to qualify students to take on management tasks in the customer-oriented functions of marketing, sales and service in the short to medium term. Knowledge, practical experience and methodological skills form the foundation of this programme. At the same time, emphasis is placed on logical thinking and scientific work in order to promote students' analytical skills. Current topics such as digitalisation, AI and leadership round off the profile of graduates, who are in high demand in practice.
