Important information and tips on subject enrolment
The specified enrolment periods are announced by the faculty in good time and must be adhered to by all students.
Early enrolment is generally not possible. However, in justified cases of hardship, a written application can be submitted via the Faculty's Women's Representative or the Representative for Students with Disabilities or Chronic Illnesses by 15 June (for the winter semester) or 5 January (for the summer semester) at the latest. Dual students also have the option of early enrolment.
It is important to ensure that only the required number of compulsory and compulsory elective subjects for the corresponding module are taken. Which subjects should be taken can be found in the study and examination plan of the respective degree programme. After completing the enrolment process, students must thoroughly check whether the required number of subjects have been taken ("admitted") and whether there are no double/multiple enrolments and/or time overlaps.
Special regulations apply to pregnant and breastfeeding students in accordance with the current Maternity Protection Act (MuSchG).
Corrections within the enrolment period are to be made by the students themselves; changes can only be considered in extreme emergencies and must be applied for immediately (but no later than two weeks after the start of lectures) by e-mail here : SA-primuss@haw-landshut.de
