Efficient project management is no coincidence. Projects themselves can be up to 30 per cent faster and cheaper with the right mix of methods adapted to the company than if they are planned conventionally - and with greater delivery reliability. A clear competitive advantage for any company.
And this is exactly where we come in: We have set ourselves the task of designing a practice-oriented further training programme that enables our seminar participants to plan and implement projects efficiently and reliably, adapted to the requirements of the company.
Contents
The university certificate in project-orientated corporate management shows how companies that generate a large part of their added value through projects can be optimally aligned. This includes efficient project management processes, programme and portfolio management and modern organisational structures and procedures.
The training programme consists of the following two modules:
- Portfolio and programme management
- Development of project-orientated corporate management
Admission requirements
Admission requirements are (according to SPO):
- a university degree from a German university or an equivalent domestic or foreign degree or
- a university entrance qualification and proof of at least one year of relevant, qualified professional practice related to project management.
- Sound project management knowledge in the following areas is required:
- Project planning and organisation
- Stakeholder and risk management
- Progress monitoring and control
- Employee management
- Agile project management including Scrum and Kanban
These can be proven by the university certificate "Project Management" or comparable educational programmes amounting to 10 ECTS, a personal certification according to the statutes of the GPM German Association for Project Management with at least level D or comparable, or by at least three years of professional experience with management responsibility documented by a qualified job reference. We will of course be happy to advise you individually if you have any questions about admission and show you how to provide evidence.
Costs
The participation fee for the university certificate course totals €1,850 plus the student union fee.
