Junior professorship

We focus on your individual needs: you teach courses, work on selected research tasks from your area of appointment and publish research results. At the same time, you will receive various further training and support opportunities as part of the LAnding qualification program.

An experienced professor will act as a mentor to help you structure and manage your wide range of tasks. At the same time, you will bridge the gap between business and research with a part-time position at one of our cooperation partners and gain practical experience on site.

After you have developed your professional skills in the W1 junior professorship within a maximum of five years, you will now meet all the formal requirements to apply for a W2 university professorship.
