Project management: As a project manager, you are responsible for the planning, implementation and monitoring of projects. This can be the case in various sectors such as IT, construction, healthcare or finance.
Systems management: You could be in a systems manager role where you monitor, maintain and optimise complex technological systems. This may include integrating new technologies and ensuring system efficiency.
Management consultancy: With a focus on systems and project management, you could work in management consultancies, helping companies to optimise their processes, work more efficiently and implement innovative technologies.
Change Management: Organisations that are making changes to their structure or technology need experienced change managers. In this role, you could initiate, manage and support change processes.
Portfolio and programme management: You could work in large organisations and be responsible for the coordination and management of programmes and portfolios to ensure that strategic goals are achieved.
Management level: The MBA prepares you for management positions. You could work in higher levels of management where you are responsible not only for projects and systems, but also for the strategic direction and overall performance of the organisation.
Entrepreneurship: With a strong background in Systems and Project Management, you could also go into self-employment and start your own business focussing on project management services or innovative system solutions.
