The university representatives
The Commissioner for Equal Opportunities for Women in Science and the Arts and the Women's Representatives of the faculties provide information on funding opportunities for female students and career prospects for women.
They organise events to teach and practise specific key qualifications (e.g. application training, coaching, learning to learn properly) for female students.
They provide counselling in cases of discrimination and violence against women.
They support and promote women-specific topics in teaching and practice.
They work towards increasing the proportion of women in professorships.
The university's Equal Opportunities Officer for Women in Science and the Arts and the women's representatives of the faculties advise and support the university management in complying with the constitutionally required equal opportunities and in avoiding or eliminating disadvantages for female students, professors and female teaching staff.
If you have any questions or problems, please do not hesitate to contact the university's Equal Opportunities Officer for Women in Science and the Arts or your faculty's Women's Representative!
