Language Certificate

It is advisable to take a language course from the language programme of the Faculty of Health I Communication I Human Technology Interaction in preparation for a stay abroad.

A language certificate can be issued if a course at the required level has been successfully completed here at Landshut University of Applied Sciences. 
The following documents must be submitted to Mr Bill Field (Office C230) or sent by email to bill.field@haw-landshut.de:

  • The fully completed DAAD form required for the specific purposes of the stay abroad
  • The grade overview of the language course successfully completed at Landshut University of Applied Sciences.

You can take a placement test at the faculty of Health | Communication | Human-Technology Interaction. The test takes 30 minutes and is held at the beginning of each semester

Please bring the completed form for the DAAD language certificate with you on the day of the test.

You also have the option of obtaining external certification of your language level through various providers, such as Cambridge, TOEFL or IELTS.
