The residential complex was opened in September 2017. A total of 209 places are available for students in the residential buildings: The 160 single full flats have their own kitchenette and bathroom. In 46 flats (including ten wheelchair-accessible rooms on the ground floors), which are divided into two-person shared flats, two tenants share the kitchenette and bathroom. The two-person shared flats can also be used as single-parent flats. A 3-person flat share, in which three tenants share a kitchen and a bathroom, rounds off the range of flats on offer.

The residential complex was built in 1992 and offers 114 flats with en-suite bathrooms in two buildings, two of which are handicapped accessible.
The communal kitchens are shared by the residents. The remaining 16 flats are furnished as two-person shared flats, in which two tenants share a kitchen and a bathroom.

The residential complex was opened in October 2015 and has a total of 208 flats. Of these, 151 are single full flats with their own kitchen and bathroom. Three further single full flats are handicapped accessible and have approximately double the living space. A further 36 flats are furnished in the form of a two-person flat share, in which two tenants share a kitchen and a bathroom. 18 flats in the form of three 6-person shared flats, in which six tenants share a kitchen and a bathroom, round off the range of flats on offer.
