Proof of valid health insurance is required after your admission. All applicants must apply to a German statutory health insurance company (AOK, TK, Barmer, DAK, etc.) before enrolment at Landshut University of Applied Sciences - regardless of which country they come from.
The statutory health insurance company will confirm whether you
- are already insured
- or are exempt from compulsory insurance.
This check is free of charge for you. If you do not yet have sufficient health insurance cover for Germany, you must take out statutory health insurance. You must then present the insurance confirmation from the health insurance company at the latest when you enrol at Landshut University of Applied Sciences.
