• Studying at least in the 2nd semester Bachelor, Master or doctorate at a Bavarian university

• Neediness must exist (BAföG receipt = neediness given, or means test by the ZBK)

  Note: The OKF scholarship is awarded regardless of religious affiliation and nationality

• Certificate of enrolment for summer semester 2026
• Current grade sheet
• Proof of income: BAföG certificate or other proof such as bank statements, income tax statements, etc.

- Evidence from parents (income tax assessment notice 2024)

- Salary statements from at least three consecutive months from parents BEFORE submitting the application (for international students)

- If applicable, own salary statements or bank statements from the three consecutive months BEFORE submitting the application

- If applicable Salary statements for at least three consecutive months BEFORE submitting the application from siblings, spouse or partner and/or other persons who live in the same household and can provide proof of income.

- Proof of scholarships/social assistance/support from family or friends (if applicable, bank statements)

- If applicable, proof of maintenance/child benefit for yourself and/or your own child

- International students: Blocked account proof

Important! Please submit all documents in PDF format!

• You submit your signed application form with all the necessary supporting documents (PDF files) by 15 May 2026 by email or post.
• Once the application has been submitted in full, you will receive written confirmation of the authorisation amount.
• You purchase the learning materials specified in the application and submit the invoice to us. (Invoice date summer semester 2026 from 15.03.-15.7.)

• After submitting the invoice, we will refund the amount to your account by September at the latest.
