Master
The Master's degree programme in Business Information Systems systematically builds bridges between the different disciplines of computer science, business administration and business information systems as well as other fundamentals (e.g. from the field of mathematics) in accordance with the framework recommendation of the German Informatics Society (for education in business information systems at universities) and teaches the skills required for this. On the basis of a demanding Bachelor's degree in (business) informatics or business administration with an IT focus or an equivalent course of study, the practice-oriented teaching of methods for cross-system holistic thinking and working in the age of digitalisation, in particular for the development of information systems in business, administration and the private sector, which are a basic prerequisite for the increasing digitalisation of the economy and society.
