Student Union Fee

Each semester, a fee is payable for the general services of the Studentenwerk, the amount of which is determined by a legal regulation.

From the winter semester 2024/25, the student union fee is € 114.

The student union fee must be paid for all degree programmes. The university forwards this fee in full to the Studentenwerk Niederbayern/Oberpfalz.

Important notes

Validation

The student ID card must be revalidated at one of the validation stations after receipt of the student union fee. Certificates of enrolment can be printed out in the PRIMUSS portal after receipt of payment for the summer semester from March and for the winter semester from September.

Final semester

Re-registration for the final semester: If you complete your studies by 14 March or 30 September, you do not have to re-register for the following semester! Your degree programme is complete when you have passed all module examinations, including your final thesis, and the overall grade for your degree programme is available in the PRIMUSS portal no later than 3 working days before the end of the semester (= date of announcement).
