The first issue of the magazine “Unternehmeredition” in 2026 focuses on ‘business succession’. The issue centres on the question of how succession can be successfully managed today and what conditions need to be put in place to achieve this. In addition, the magazine explores many other aspects of modern succession solutions. An article in the magazine by Prof. Dr. Zinser, in collaboration with Benjamin Koller, addresses the debate surrounding a possible reform of inheritance tax.
