Objectives

-  Develop the theoretical framework for the gender and equity issues, realize in-depth studies of the two pilot cities, identify existing policies at different scales. The specificities of the four countries involved will be highlighted and other municipalities will be identified to serve as benchmarks for the two pilots. The multi-stakeholder networks relevant to the aims and goals of the project will be identified and enrolled in the project. To ensure that local co-design actions are implemented with the involvement of the right actors, pilot cities will identify and analyse regional and national stakeholders.

- Provide tailored solutions co-designed with the target groups and relevant stakeholders for the local contexts and test them in proper environments (two pilot sites). Drawing upon the previous knowledge gathered and relieinf  on collaborative working on defined cases and programs.

- Ensure scalability and replicability of the developed and tested solutions to other local contexts. Provide solutions for local transformation towards democratized and fair mobility applicable to multiple contexts. 

- Support co-creation processes and stakeholder engagement throughout the project. Ensure wide dissemination, replication and uptake of the project's outcomes.
