Instructions for using Gigamove at Landshut University of Applied Sciences

The Gigamove service is available to all employees at Landshut University of Applied Sciences for file exchange with external parties. Here you have the possibility to provide a file of up to 100 GB, which can be shared by e-mail and downloaded by anyone via a link.

Please note the following when using Gigamove:

- The Gigamove service is only to be used for official purposes (files from research, teaching, studies and administration)

- Special category personal data such as health data, entrusted data such as student counselling data, student performance data and personnel file data should only be stored in Gigamove in encrypted form.

- Files are only stored for 14 days and then automatically deleted, an extension can be obtained an unlimited number of times for 14 days.

- Only share files with people who need access to them

- It is not permitted to pass on your personal access data and thus make the service available to third parties without authorisation
