Modular staging trolleys
4Dflexiplat is a modular means of transport that can be used both as a logistics trolley and as an assembly station. Using the standardised perforated grid, it serves as a base for individual superstructures made from tube systems. After a product cycle, the transport and work trolley can be flexibly dismantled or converted.
Protective barriers
The A-Safe protective barriers made of polymers ensure safety in logistics transport. The protective barriers deform on impact and then return to their original state, preventing damage to the tugger train and the barrier.
Supermarket
The Bloksma supermarket in the single-line system provides an optimum overview and is operated in the FIFO system. Shortages and overproduction are immediately visible. The Movexx tugger train with taxi trolley is suitable for the fast and safe transport of small floor trolleys with containers.
High-speed doors
The Efaflex high-speed door opens when the illuminated sensor area is entered or travelled through. At up to 2.0 m/s, it is the fastest roller shutter door in the world.
Pallet strapping system
Ergopack 's ergonomic pallet strapping system enables cartons, pallets and containers to be strapped very quickly and efficiently.
Driverless transport systems
Controlled by intelligent software, automated guided vehicles (AGVs) from Jungheinrich are the centrepiece of automated logistics. Fully automatic, precise and reliable, they perform recurring tasks with large handling volumes throughout the entire production and warehouse area.
Small load carrier
Despite their low weight, Feurer 's KLT containers can withstand enormous pressure and impact loads. In the sample factory, these are combined with the Servus system.
Clean driving zone
The ProfilGate® cleaning system from HEUTE is ideally installed in external driveways or transition areas. It can be installed at ground level or above ground with ramps. Different series are recommended depending on the industrial truck and requirements.
Floor marking and pallet pull-outs
Floor markings for optimum labelling of transport routes and trolley spaces at Krog. Further labelling for containers and shelves. The pull-out systems for shelving are particularly ergonomic and robust.
Workstations and flow racks
With the tube clamping system, flow racks can be flexibly customised. Workstations can also be set up with the Neolog clamping system.
Vacuum lifter
Heavy objects can be lifted ergonomically with the vacuum lifter from Schmalz and placed elsewhere. Quick and easy handling with the vacuum lifting arm.
Servus System
Interface-free and ceiling-guided logistics with two intelligent and autonomous transport robots. The individually expandable route system reduces logistics traffic on the ground. The Servus system is a unique example of Industry 4.0.
Route trains
The tugger trains from STILL & LR Intralogistics are responsible for transporting all materials between the factory areas. The transport of small and large load carriers is possible with various trailers.
Workplace mats
The ESD workplace mats are particularly gentle on the back and protect against electrostatic discharge. TP Matten Shop also offers dust control mats, entrance mat systems, floor protection mats, table mats, workplace mats and special floor coverings.
Planning, writing and information boards
Many topics can be perfectly planned and presented with Ultradex boards. One example of this is customised shop floor boards on which important data can be presented using Ultradex info pockets.
Signal lights
Werma's signalling lights indicate the current status of a workstation. Production can therefore be monitored in real time on a screen in the control centre. This enables immediate intervention in the event of faults.
Pick-by-light system
The pick-by-light system from Wibond uses an optical signal to enable fast removal from the flow racks. The respective shelf compartment and the removal quantity are displayed.
THORPAK containers
The foldable Thorpak containers are very light and available in various sizes. The folding system from Wisales allows empty containers to be stored in a space-saving manner.
Ergonomic workstation and C-parts supply
Würth 's ergonomic workstation with CLIP-O-FLEX suspension system allows tools and materials to be arranged individually. The Refillomat saves costs and waste, e.g. brake cleaner. The OrsyMAT ensures a 24/7 supply of tools. The Kanban RFID shelf for C-parts supply is a perfect match.
