Qualifikationsziele

The participants know and understand the influence of cultural aspects in projects. They are able to identify, understand and manage cultural aspects of international projects. The participants are familiar with the Harvard concept of negotiation and conflict management and are able to apply them in own projects.

• Cultural characteristics of foreign cultures
• Awareness of own cultural background
• Image of German culture abroad
• Harvard concept of negotiation and conflict management
• International aspects of leadership in mixed teams
