The Faculty of Business Administration regards itself as an innovative and practical institution within Landshut University of Applied Sciences. It tailors tuition and studying to a society and labour market undergoing constant change. Students are educated to become professionally and socially skilled. Improving the quality of teaching is the most important goal. Continuously developing the degree programmes is implicit in this goal.
The Faculty maintains close contact with industry through lectures, company visits and projects cooperating with regional businesses. Students gain qualifications in subject-specific disciplines that constitute a solid base for further specialisation. They are taught methods of applying the knowledge they have acquired to solving new problems. A multi-disciplinary way of working is encouraged to prepare students for their careers.

Currently, 18 professors are teaching in the Faculty of Business Administration. Three teachers are responsible for special assignments and there are approximately 20 visiting lecturers. The Faculty supervises a total of 800 students.
The Faculty places international emphasis on the choice of courses. Excellent connections to international businesses provide many varied opportunities for internships abroad. The development of professional and personal skills help to ensure students are able to successfully enter into the world of work.
