Institutes

Institutes are organisational units of the University of Applied Sciences in Landshut that serve the transfer of knowledge and technology as well as applied research. The older term "Competence Center" is also still used here. In-Institutes are university establishments, whilst An-Institutes are economic groups under private law, whose management or advisory boards include professors from Landshut University of Applied Sciences and which are closely tied to the university through cooperation agreements.
