Application Documents and Deadlines
After official nomination by the International Office of your home university you will receive an e-mail containing the nomination link to create a user-account for the mobility administration system Mobility Online.
The application has to be made using the user-account on Mobility Online. Documents sent by e-mail cannot be accepted. The following documents have to be uploaded on Mobility Online during the application:
- Academic Transcript of Records (German or English)
- Curriculum Vitae (German or English)
- Learning Agreement
- Language Certificate (English or German: at least B2)
- Health Insurance Confirmation
- Copy of Identity Card or Passport
The following application deadlines must be observed:
- Winter Semester: June 30 (later applications may be accepted)
- Summer Semester: December 15 (later applications may be accepted)
