The degree programme offers a classic practical and application-oriented basic education in business administration with the option of specialising in two competence modules from the fields of controlling, financial management, marketing and sales management, organisational concepts/human resources management, taxation, business informatics, operations & supply chain management, external accounting and auditing as well as sustainability management.
A special offer is the Franco-German study programme with the possibility of a double degree at the partner university IUT Robert Schuman.

Programme content
The first two semesters of the Bachelor's degree programme in Business Administration cover theoretical and introductory content. The third and fourth semesters deepen the knowledge acquired so far through advanced and new modules. In the fifth semester - after the first experience in the internship - the students choose two competence modules, their specialisations. At the beginning of the sixth and seventh semesters, students also choose compulsory elective modules for these semesters from the catalogue on offer.
Modules
After the first two theoretical and introductory semesters, the third and fourth semesters serve to deepen and expand the programme with advanced and new modules such as the basics of business functions, law, finance and taxes as well as corporate management. In the fifth semester - after the first experience in the internship - students choose two competence modules, their specialisations. At the beginning of the sixth and seventh semesters, students also choose compulsory elective modules for these semesters from the catalogue on offer. The Bachelor's thesis concludes the programme.

General studies
Landshut University of Applied Sciences sees itself as a centre of excellence for interdisciplinary and lifelong learning. Teaching should primarily enable students to acquire subject-specific skills, but also social, reflective, procedural, entrepreneurial, systemic, digital, creative, intercultural and foreign language skills. Students on Bachelor's degree programmes are required to take three modules from the Studium Generale.

Languages
The university offers all students a comprehensive language programme through the Faculty of Interdisciplinary Studies. Four courses in Business English with a Business Focus at UNIcert® II level or higher are compulsory for the Bachelor's degree programme in Business Administration, ideally spread over the first two semesters. Further language courses can be taken as part of the Studium Generale programme.
